Welcome to ArabDriver. By using this website, contacting us, or requesting or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or request our services. We recommend reading these terms carefully before making any booking.

Additional terms may apply to some services or specific bookings; the customer is told about them where needed before the service is confirmed.

ArabDriver

The brand through which private transport, cars with drivers and related travel services are provided.

Customer

The person who contacts ArabDriver, or requests, books or uses one of its services.

Service

Any service agreed with the customer, including airport transfers, cars with drivers, private trips, day trips and other services available through ArabDriver.

ArabDriver offers services for travellers in Europe, which, depending on the destination and availability, may include:

• Private transfers to and from airports.
• Private cars with drivers.
• Private day trips.
• Travel between European cities and destinations.
• Travel and transport services for families and groups.
• Other services agreed directly with the customer.

Every service is subject to actual availability, the place and date of the trip, the number of travellers, the type of car, the customer's requirements and the price agreed at booking.

A request becomes a confirmed booking once we have contacted the customer and confirmed the service details, availability, price and any additional booking conditions.

The customer agrees to provide correct and complete information when requesting a service, including contact details and trip details.

The customer is responsible for making sure the information they give is correct, especially the trip date, arrival time, meeting point, flight number and number of travellers.

If any information changes after the booking is confirmed, ArabDriver must be told as soon as possible so we can assess whether the service can be changed.

The price of a service is set according to the nature of the trip, the destination, the date and time, the type of car, the number of travellers and any additional requirements.

The price confirmed to the customer is the agreed price for the service specified in the booking, unless additional changes are agreed later.

Some services may require a deposit or full payment before the service. The payment method and terms are explained to the customer before the booking is confirmed, where these requirements apply.

Any additional fees or costs arising from the customer's requests, changes to the service, extra waiting time or services not included in the original offer may be charged separately, after being explained to the customer where possible.

The customer can ask to change or cancel a booking by contacting ArabDriver. Whether a change or cancellation is possible, and any related fees, depend on the type of service, when the request is made and the terms agreed at booking.

The earlier a change or cancellation request is sent, the easier it is to try to adjust the service according to availability.

Transport services are carried out according to the agreed route, time and vehicle, taking account of road conditions, local laws and safety requirements.

Arrival times or journey length may change because of traffic, roadworks, weather, accidents, flight delays or other circumstances that cannot be fully controlled.

ArabDriver makes reasonable efforts to provide the service at the agreed time, but travel times cannot be absolutely guaranteed when they depend on external circumstances.

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting a service.
• Keep to the agreed meeting times and places.
• Follow safety instructions during the trip.
• Respect the driver, the vehicle and other people.
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Tell ArabDriver as soon as possible about any change to the trip details.
• Make sure the number of travellers and suitcases matches what was agreed.

We make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed services professionally, but some circumstances may be beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays or for being unable to provide part of a service when the cause is beyond reasonable control, such as heavy traffic, road closures, weather, strikes, government restrictions, accidents, breakdowns or airline delays.

These terms do not limit any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Personal data is handled in accordance with ArabDriver's privacy policy and the applicable data protection laws.

Services may be affected by events ArabDriver cannot reasonably control, including natural disasters, severe weather, wars, unrest, strikes, government restrictions, road closures, epidemics, accidents, breakdowns or disruption to transport services or airports.

In such cases, we will try to contact the customer and take reasonable steps to limit the impact or find an alternative where possible.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal or operational requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page, with the revision date updated at the top.

Continuing to use the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
